SOUTH SUDAN PRESIDENT SENDS OFFICIAL LETTER OF APPRECIATION TO PROPHET TB JOSHUA

President Salva Kiir Mayardit of South Sudan has written an official letter to Prophet TB Joshua, thanking him for the role he played in bringing peace to the nation and inviting him once again to South Sudan.

After receiving this letter, when asked by journalists why he was valued more abroad than in Nigeria, Prophet TB Joshua responded: “If I am appreciated in my country more, then I am not following the footsteps of my Master Jesus. He was despised by the same people He came to liberate. I am happy that I face the same persecution as Jesus.”

Here is the contents of the letter:

Dear Man of God,

REF: Invitation Letter

With due respect and honour, I am privileged to write to your highly esteemed prophetic office in reference to the above-mentioned subject.

First, I would like thank you, humble servant of the Most High God, for the higher grace and anointing upon your life, and for your love and humility by coming on your prophetic and historic visit on 12th November 2019 when the nation was in a desperate situation after experiencing civil war violence for many years.

The world organisations tried to negotiate peace but where human wisdom failed, God has the final answer.

You prophesied that it shall be a new beginning for the nation and we, the leaders, should overcome our divisions and differences to develop our youngest nation in the world

Hence, we the government and opposition have come together to implement the revitalised peace agreement and now the nation is at peace followed by the formation of the Revitalised Transitional Government of National Unity (R-TGoNU), which signifies a new beginning indeed!

“For I am the Lord, I speak and the word which I speak will come to pass; it will no more be postponed…” (Ezekiel 12:25)

Secondly, based on the above-mentioned reference, I want to take this opportunity to invite you again to the Republic of South Sudan to harvest what you planted. The whole nation of South Sudan is ready to receive you once again.

“Being confident of this proverb, He who began the good work will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.” (Philippians 1:6)

Please accept, dear Man of God, the assurance of my best regards.

Salva Kiir Mayardit,

President of the Republic of South Sudan

Mayardit Invites TB Joshua and Laud Him for Bringing peace to South Sudan

tb joshua, scoan

The President of the Republic of South Sudan, Salva Kiir Mayardit has dispatched a special invitation to Prophet TB Joshua to come to his country for the prophetic intervention of peace.

The invitation is coming on the heels of the brokered peace in the once war bedeviled country in which TB Joshua prophetically intervened last year and from that encounter, the hopeless rebellion and chaos engulfing the new nation which regional and world organizations had tried to mediate without success dramatically took a turning point.

According to Mayardit, the world organization tried to negotiate peace but where human wisdom failed, God has the final answer.

“As you have prophesied that it shall be a new beginning for the nation and we the leaders should overcome our divisions and our differences and come back to develop our youngest nation in the world.

“Hence we, the Government and the opposition have come together to implement the revitalized Peace Agreement and now the nation is at peace followed by the formation of Revitalized Transitional Government of National Unity (RTGONU), which signifies a new beginning indeed.’For I am the Lord, I speak and the word which I speak will come to pass, it will no more be postponed’. Ezekiel 12:25

“Secondly, based on the above-mentioned reference, I want to take this opportunity to invite you again to the Republic of South Sudan to harvest what you planted. The whole nation of South Sudan is ready to receive you once again.”Being confident of this proverb, He who began the good work will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ. Philippians 1:6” Pls accept, Dear man of God, the assurance of my best regards,” he said.

Mayardit further thanked the Prophet for his love and humility for coming on his prophetic and historic visit on 13th November 2019 when the Nation was in a desperate situation whereby the country was experiencing civil war violence for many years.

“The world organization tried to negotiate peace but where human wisdom failed, God has the final answer,” Mayardit adds.

South Sudan Forms Unity Government as TB Joshua’s Prophecy Comes to Pass

South Sudan peaces, tb joshuaSaturday 22nd February 2020 is set to go down as a historic date in South Sudan as a unity government between once bitter rivals President Salva Kiir Mayardit and opposition leader Riek Machar finally comes to fruition.

“I want to tell the people of South Sudan that all the changes that are taking place right now are to bring peace and not changes that will bring conflict again because we are tired of conflict,” Kiir announced as he officially appointed Machar as Vice President, one of five to be appointed to the new government.

For months, the government and former rebels were at an impasse over the number of states in South Sudan as Kiir unilaterally increased the number to 32 during the recent civil war, which resulted in the deaths of over 400,000 people.

After failing to meet the two previous deadlines to form a unity government, fears of a resurgence in violence were palpable.

However, Kiir chose to compromise “for the sake of peace” and reverted to the original ten states, paving the way for the unity government’s formation.

This historic settlement, a huge step towards lasting peace in the world’s youngest nation, was ‘prophesied’ during the recent visit to Juba by Nigerian Pastor TB Joshua on November 12th 2019.

tb joshua, scoan, south sudan“I am here to prophesy to the nation. If I am a prophet, this will not go without fulfilment,” Joshua boldly declared in a national address at the Presidential Palace, broadcast live on South Sudan’s state television.

“This country is going to enter a new beginning – whether you like it or not, whether I like it or not,” he continued, insisting that “your agreement does not matter to what God is about to do” and “you cannot stand in the way of the Lord”.

With Kiir and his entire cabinet in attendance during the address, the cleric stressed that “peace has no price” and counselled leaders to overcome all divisions and differences.

“Time has come for us to put our differences behind us. Our leaders, we should overcome our divisions and agree to work together – for the good of this country,” he declared, before leading the leaders in prayer for peace.

Social media in South Sudan was awash with news of Joshua’s visit, with many citizens insisting his prayers and prophetic message were pivotal in the peace process.

“It is the high time South Sudanese should embrace Prophet TB Joshua for his prophecy has come to pass about our nation,” wrote Gum Thany on Facebook.

“Imagine our leaders made historical concessions for the first time just for the sake of peace and this is being coupled with showers of rain in Juba in the middle of dry season,” he added.

Numerous attempts in the past to bring peace between Kiir and Machar proved unsuccessful – including the time the duo were received by Pope Francis in Vatican City where he famously kissed the warring leaders feet.

South Sudanese citizens are hopeful that the new unity government will usher in an era of peace, development and stability.

Renewed Efforts To “Achieve Peace” In South Sudan In Wake Of TB Joshua’s Visit

tb joshua, scoan, south sudanSeveral new developments in the pursuit of sustainable peace have unfolded in the world’s youngest nation, South Sudan, just weeks after the visit of Nigerian cleric TB Joshua.

Yesterday, US Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, announced the recalling of its South Sudan ambassador, Thomas Hushek, in its ongoing “re-evaluation of the U.S. relationship with the Government of South Sudan.”

“The United States stands with the people of South Sudan in their pursuit of peace and will work in partnership with the region to support efforts to achieve peace and a successful political transition in South Sudan,” the statement from the Department of State read.

usa, south sudanPresident Salva Kiir Mayardit and his main opposition leader Dr. Riek Machar Teny agreed during a meeting in Uganda early this month to extend the pre-transitional period for three months after a consensus that the steps viable for a unity government formation were not yet in place.

In addition, several South Sudanese opposition factions who in 2018 did not sign the Addis Ababa peace agreement announced they were ready to re-engage in peace negotiations after a meeting held in Rome.

Nine members of the South Sudan Opposition Movements Alliance (SSOMA) gathered behind closed doors for three days in the headquarters of a Catholic charity where they agreed to sign a common communique in which they commited themselves to “political dialogue and negotiations to contribute to the peace process.”

In his message on November 12th 2019, TB Joshua publicly prayed for peace at Juba’s Presidential Palace in the presence of President Salva Kiir Mayardit, his cabinet, military representatives and thousands of local residents.

“Time has come to put our differences behind us,” the Nigerian cleric told the nation’s leaders, stressing that “peace has no price”.

His message clearly struck a chord with the public, having been viewed over one million times on the social media platforms of YouTube and Facebook since the video was uploaded by Emmanuel TV.

What Chance has Prophet TB Joshua of SCOAN for Enduring Peace in South Sudan?

tb joshua, scoanThe civil war in  South Sudan started after December 2013  when President Kiir accused his former deputy Riek Machar and ten others of attempting a coup d’état. Many attempts had been made and severally by neighbouring countries, the African Union, United Nations to end the war but with little result so far. The United Nations has peacekeepers in that country. Several ceasefire agreements had been signed but they didn’t endure.  Briefly, this is the messy situation where prophet TB Joshua of Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), Nigeria is attempting a peace mission. The question now is “What chances have SCOAN prophet for peace in South Sudan?”

It is now well-circulated that on Tuesday, November 12, 2019, the President of South Sudan together with his government officials had welcomed prophet TB Joshua upon his arrival at Juba International Airport, on a peace mission. Prophet TB Joshua was quoted saying, “The time has come for us to put our differences behind us. This is the voice of God. Our leaders should overcome their division and agree to work together for the good of the country”. This is a bold statement and the entire world is awaiting a positive outcome.

South Sudan is perhaps the youngest nation amongst the committee of nations in the United Nations. Hitherto it has a long history as part of Sudan where it broke away after a protected civil war, a British colony like Nigeria. Unless a lasting peace is found for this country it may end up a country dead on arrival. This is where prophet TB Joshua’s peace mission is significant. The second very import reason is whether prophets can end wars where the army generals fail with all their modern warfare.

We read the story how by divine intervention the people of Israel were led out of Egypt and how when the same Israelites had remained in captivity in Babylon a divine intervention also came after 70 years for their freedom. In each case, it was peacefully negotiated. All that would be said is how to pray along with prophets of God on peace missions in our today troubled world. God is not limited by our constraints and can move as He wills at any time. The Church of Jesus Christ is currently facing diverse oppositions, maybe because the Devil knows it’s time up for him. Hence a national crusade might also be envisaged for that part of Africa, for total deliverance from the yokes of war and division. If the South Sudanese, a fairly homogeneous people, would agree to work with one accord with Jesus Christ their land would be healed and their citizens blessed. We shall continually pray with prophet TB Joshua on this enormous task for another miracle to happen here. With God, we are reassured that everything is possible.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT BY PROPHET TB JOSHUA REGARDING HIS RECENT VISIT TO SOUTH SUDAN

tb joshua, south sudan visitI bring you Calvary greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ! Following my ‘quiet’ departure from the country of South Sudan after a recent visit there, please permit me to clear the air on what transpired.

I know that many citizens and residents of South Sudan would have wanted me to spend a few more days with them. Indeed, I saw thousands of people waiting at the lobby of the hotel because they thought I would stay for longer.

However, I had received an instruction from God to leave immediately – without waiting for any ‘thank you’ whatsoever, whether in cash or kind.

The same God Almighty had sent me there – to pray for South Sudan and lead the nation to a new beginning. Who am I, then, to disobey the voice of my Master, my Creator, the One who gives life to us all?

On this note, therefore, I would like to urge all expectant South Sudanese and other nationals to please understand that I had to obey the voice of God.

No doubt, there is need for a revival crusade in South Sudan. As such, I await divine directions for another visit soon, for the harvest is on the way!

Emmanuel – God with us!

TB Joshua In South Sudan, Leads President in Prayer for Peace

Respected Nigerian Pastor TB Joshua was personally received by South Sudan’s President Salva Kiir Mayardit during a visit to the East African nation in which he led the President and government officials in prayer for peace.

In the morning of Tuesday 12th November 2019, the President and First Lady welcomed Joshua upon his arrival at Juba International Airport, alongside government dignitaries and an ecstatic crowd of locals.

President Mayardit was joined by his Vice President, James Wani Igga, and a host of other senior government officials as the Nigerian cleric addressed the nation at the Presidential Palace.

“Time has come for us to put our differences behind us,” Joshua told the thousands of South Sudanese who gathered to hear his message.

“This is the voice of God. Our leaders should overcome their division and agree to work together for the good of the country,” he insisted in the address, which was televised live on South Sudan’s official broadcasting channel SSBC.

Joshua stated that “peace has no price”, adding that he resolved to visit the nation despite its reputation for ‘instability’ stemming from the civil war that has raged for almost six years.

He further described the South Sudanese as “intelligent, hardworking and ambitious people”, explaining how he came across them in every country he travelled to.

“Let us overcome our divisions and allow them to come back and develop their fatherland,” he passionately counselled.

“The issue of this nation is spiritual. We need to tackle it spiritually,” Joshua further admonished, stressing that his message was ‘from God’.

“If I am a prophet, this will not go without fulfilment,” he boldly declared.

Joshua then led the troubled nation in prayer for peace. “Have mercy on the nation. Let the leaders and citizens of South Sudan obtain Your mercy. Thank You for Your compassion and forgiveness,” he prayed, joined fervently by the President and his people.

In his short remarks, President Salva Kiir Mayardit stated that he believed the coming of the cleric would signal a new beginning in the nation.

“We have come a long distance searching for peace. Now that the man of God, Prophet TB Joshua, has come to South Sudan, I believe peace is at the corner,” he declared, adding that the cleric had ‘done his job’ and the onus was now on South Sudan’s leaders to do theirs.

After the address, Joshua – accompanied by his wife Evelyn and led by a large convoy of South Sudan’s military – visited the President’s personal home and prayed with his family.

TB Joshua, who wields huge levels of influence due to the popularity of his Christian television network Emmanuel TV, made a similar journey to Tanzania four years ago where he was received by President John Magufuli, who describes the cleric as his ‘mentor’.

Other African Presidents to have visited his popular church in Nigeria include the late Ghanaian leader John Atta Mills, former Malawian President Joyce Banda and Liberia’s President George Weah.

South Sudan, the world’s youngest country, has been in the throes of civil war since 2013 after a fall-out between President Mayardit and his Vice President Riek Machar.

Multiple reconciliatory efforts have been made to restore peace, including a visit to Pope Francis in Vatican City where he famously kissed the feet of both leaders.

PROPHETIC MESSAGE FOR SOUTH SUDAN – PROPHET TB JOSHUA

tb joshua, scoan, emmanuel.tv, south sudan

Prophet T.B. Joshua

Thank you very much for welcoming me. He who honours a prophet because he is a prophet receives the reward of a prophet. Thank you for honouring me. I am here to deliver God’s message. I pray that God gives all the political stakeholders in this country discretion that will guard their hearts to obey this message, in Jesus’ name.

As a prophet, I need to be specific – that is, I should not say what God has not said. Yes, this is the voice of God. Time has come. Seven times, I have been invited to this country – but each time I received an invitation, I would ask God and the Lord would say, ‘No’. But this time, the Lord said, ‘Yes!’.

Time has come for us to put our differences behind us. Who can fight with the Lord? Time has come for us to put our differences behind us in this youngest nation in the world.

If I am a prophet, this will not go without fulfilment. Take your pen and write. I am here to prophesy to the nation. I am not coming here to preach or to teach. If I am a prophet, this will not go without fulfilment. Time has come. The issue of this nation is spiritual. We need to tackle it spiritually.

Time has come – I repeat – for us to put our differences behind us. Our leaders, we should overcome our divisions and agree to work together – for the good of this country.

Peace has no price. To show peace has no price, when I was preparing to come to South Sudan, my operator could not find an international insurance company to cover our trip to South Sudan – because of the situation of the nation. The operator recommended that the plane should be parked in Ethiopia or Kenya. I said why? They said because of the situation of the nation.

And this is a country endowed with enormous natural resources. How many investors or tourists would want to go through this?

We cannot do it alone. As I travelled the world, I have discovered that people from South Sudan are everywhere all over the world. There is no country in this world where you will not find South Sudanese. They are intelligent, hard-working, ambitious people. Our leaders should overcome their divisions and allow them to come back to develop their fatherland.

We should overcome our divisions. You cannot stand in the way of the Lord. He owns man’s heart and He can instruct man at any time. Don’t look at my appearance. Don’t look at the clothes I put on; I had to wear something. Look beyond this appearance. Beyond this appearance is the man talking. Next month, we talk of December and then the New Year. This country is going to enter a New Year, a new beginning – whether you like it or not, whether I like it or not.

Your agreement does not matter to what God is about to do. So, after this meeting – take your time and look at my antecedents, my track record in the ministry when it comes to the prophetic. Please, take this word seriously. As a prophet, I am not an orator. I need corresponding power to talk. I need the suggestion of the Spirit to talk.

Let us pray as the Spirit directs. Lord, I pray for the peace of South Sudan. Have mercy on the nation! Have mercy on the nation! Let the leaders and citizens of South Sudan obtain Your mercy. Let the leaders and citizens of South Sudan obtain Your mercy. Thank You, Lord, for Your compassion and for Your forgiveness. In Jesus Christ’s name.

This is the message and prayer I am sent to deliver. It may look short – but its pregnant. Let us await the result. If God says yes, no one can say no! I pray the hearts of those concerned are controlled by God because the Word of God cannot go without fulfilment.

I repeat again – time has come for us to overcome our divisions, for us to put aside our differences. There is no more time for you or us again; God wants to move the nation forward. Long live this peace initiative! Long live the youngest nation in the world, South Sudan! Thank you very much.

* Address given by Prophet TB Joshua on Tuesday November 12th 2019 at the Presidential Palace in Juba, South Sudan, in the presence of President Salva Kiir Mayardit, a host of senior government officials and thousands of South Sudanese citizens.

South Sudan’s Salva Kir Runs to T.B. Joshua–Will Putin do the Same?

TB Joshua Church Lagos | watchedtbjoshua.wordpress.com

T.B Joshua

T.B Joshua

On Sunday, December 29, 2013 the auditorium of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) in Nigeria was packed with thousands of international visitors, including Malawian president Joyce Banda, as Prophet T.B. Joshua showed them a letter from South Sudan president Salva Kiir asking for prayers after hearing of the prophecy he gave concerning his nation.

The prophet then instructed his congregation to pray for cease fire and reconciliation.

After the prayer, T.B. Joshua started to prophesy about the coming year of 2014.

He said that “Many giant nations will become small nations and many small nations will become giant nations.” In particular he mentioned that the country Russia was to face trouble soon.

He said, “We have to pray for the nation of Russia because I’m seeing a great war coming against them.

Their leader will face a greater opposition and the opposition will be so much that it may squeeze him and that will turn the nation into another thing.”

The very next day Russia was hit by what was said to be a terrorist attack when an explosion hit a trolleybus during the Monday morning rush hour in the city of Volgograd.

Could this be the beginning of what T.B. Joshua was speaking of? Two days after the SCOAN’s prayers, the rebel leader Riek Machar agreed to a cease fire saying he will enter peace talks, but will that encourage Russia’s president Vladimir Putin to acknowledge T.B.
