What Chance has Prophet TB Joshua of SCOAN for Enduring Peace in South Sudan?

tb joshua, scoanThe civil war in  South Sudan started after December 2013  when President Kiir accused his former deputy Riek Machar and ten others of attempting a coup d’état. Many attempts had been made and severally by neighbouring countries, the African Union, United Nations to end the war but with little result so far. The United Nations has peacekeepers in that country. Several ceasefire agreements had been signed but they didn’t endure.  Briefly, this is the messy situation where prophet TB Joshua of Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), Nigeria is attempting a peace mission. The question now is “What chances have SCOAN prophet for peace in South Sudan?”

It is now well-circulated that on Tuesday, November 12, 2019, the President of South Sudan together with his government officials had welcomed prophet TB Joshua upon his arrival at Juba International Airport, on a peace mission. Prophet TB Joshua was quoted saying, “The time has come for us to put our differences behind us. This is the voice of God. Our leaders should overcome their division and agree to work together for the good of the country”. This is a bold statement and the entire world is awaiting a positive outcome.

South Sudan is perhaps the youngest nation amongst the committee of nations in the United Nations. Hitherto it has a long history as part of Sudan where it broke away after a protected civil war, a British colony like Nigeria. Unless a lasting peace is found for this country it may end up a country dead on arrival. This is where prophet TB Joshua’s peace mission is significant. The second very import reason is whether prophets can end wars where the army generals fail with all their modern warfare.

We read the story how by divine intervention the people of Israel were led out of Egypt and how when the same Israelites had remained in captivity in Babylon a divine intervention also came after 70 years for their freedom. In each case, it was peacefully negotiated. All that would be said is how to pray along with prophets of God on peace missions in our today troubled world. God is not limited by our constraints and can move as He wills at any time. The Church of Jesus Christ is currently facing diverse oppositions, maybe because the Devil knows it’s time up for him. Hence a national crusade might also be envisaged for that part of Africa, for total deliverance from the yokes of war and division. If the South Sudanese, a fairly homogeneous people, would agree to work with one accord with Jesus Christ their land would be healed and their citizens blessed. We shall continually pray with prophet TB Joshua on this enormous task for another miracle to happen here. With God, we are reassured that everything is possible.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT BY PROPHET TB JOSHUA REGARDING HIS RECENT VISIT TO SOUTH SUDAN

tb joshua, south sudan visitI bring you Calvary greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ! Following my ‘quiet’ departure from the country of South Sudan after a recent visit there, please permit me to clear the air on what transpired.

I know that many citizens and residents of South Sudan would have wanted me to spend a few more days with them. Indeed, I saw thousands of people waiting at the lobby of the hotel because they thought I would stay for longer.

However, I had received an instruction from God to leave immediately – without waiting for any ‘thank you’ whatsoever, whether in cash or kind.

The same God Almighty had sent me there – to pray for South Sudan and lead the nation to a new beginning. Who am I, then, to disobey the voice of my Master, my Creator, the One who gives life to us all?

On this note, therefore, I would like to urge all expectant South Sudanese and other nationals to please understand that I had to obey the voice of God.

No doubt, there is need for a revival crusade in South Sudan. As such, I await divine directions for another visit soon, for the harvest is on the way!

Emmanuel – God with us!

PROPHETIC MESSAGE FOR SOUTH SUDAN – PROPHET TB JOSHUA

tb joshua, scoan, emmanuel.tv, south sudan

Prophet T.B. Joshua

Thank you very much for welcoming me. He who honours a prophet because he is a prophet receives the reward of a prophet. Thank you for honouring me. I am here to deliver God’s message. I pray that God gives all the political stakeholders in this country discretion that will guard their hearts to obey this message, in Jesus’ name.

As a prophet, I need to be specific – that is, I should not say what God has not said. Yes, this is the voice of God. Time has come. Seven times, I have been invited to this country – but each time I received an invitation, I would ask God and the Lord would say, ‘No’. But this time, the Lord said, ‘Yes!’.

Time has come for us to put our differences behind us. Who can fight with the Lord? Time has come for us to put our differences behind us in this youngest nation in the world.

If I am a prophet, this will not go without fulfilment. Take your pen and write. I am here to prophesy to the nation. I am not coming here to preach or to teach. If I am a prophet, this will not go without fulfilment. Time has come. The issue of this nation is spiritual. We need to tackle it spiritually.

Time has come – I repeat – for us to put our differences behind us. Our leaders, we should overcome our divisions and agree to work together – for the good of this country.

Peace has no price. To show peace has no price, when I was preparing to come to South Sudan, my operator could not find an international insurance company to cover our trip to South Sudan – because of the situation of the nation. The operator recommended that the plane should be parked in Ethiopia or Kenya. I said why? They said because of the situation of the nation.

And this is a country endowed with enormous natural resources. How many investors or tourists would want to go through this?

We cannot do it alone. As I travelled the world, I have discovered that people from South Sudan are everywhere all over the world. There is no country in this world where you will not find South Sudanese. They are intelligent, hard-working, ambitious people. Our leaders should overcome their divisions and allow them to come back to develop their fatherland.

We should overcome our divisions. You cannot stand in the way of the Lord. He owns man’s heart and He can instruct man at any time. Don’t look at my appearance. Don’t look at the clothes I put on; I had to wear something. Look beyond this appearance. Beyond this appearance is the man talking. Next month, we talk of December and then the New Year. This country is going to enter a New Year, a new beginning – whether you like it or not, whether I like it or not.

Your agreement does not matter to what God is about to do. So, after this meeting – take your time and look at my antecedents, my track record in the ministry when it comes to the prophetic. Please, take this word seriously. As a prophet, I am not an orator. I need corresponding power to talk. I need the suggestion of the Spirit to talk.

Let us pray as the Spirit directs. Lord, I pray for the peace of South Sudan. Have mercy on the nation! Have mercy on the nation! Let the leaders and citizens of South Sudan obtain Your mercy. Let the leaders and citizens of South Sudan obtain Your mercy. Thank You, Lord, for Your compassion and for Your forgiveness. In Jesus Christ’s name.

This is the message and prayer I am sent to deliver. It may look short – but its pregnant. Let us await the result. If God says yes, no one can say no! I pray the hearts of those concerned are controlled by God because the Word of God cannot go without fulfilment.

I repeat again – time has come for us to overcome our divisions, for us to put aside our differences. There is no more time for you or us again; God wants to move the nation forward. Long live this peace initiative! Long live the youngest nation in the world, South Sudan! Thank you very much.

* Address given by Prophet TB Joshua on Tuesday November 12th 2019 at the Presidential Palace in Juba, South Sudan, in the presence of President Salva Kiir Mayardit, a host of senior government officials and thousands of South Sudanese citizens.

Shocking truth behind the collapse of TB Joshua’s SCOAN building revealed

SCOAN Building Collapse

Shocking! The factors that led to the collapse of Prophet T.B. Joshua’s church that killed 116 people have been revealed by engineering experts.

At the ongoing court case regarding the tragic building incident at The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations (SCOAN) in Lagos, Nigeria on September 12th 2014, Professor Patrick Nwankwo made the shocking revelation.

Professor Nwankwo, an international professor of building and structural engineering, gave evidence on Thursday 7th and Friday 8th November 2019 at the Lagos State High Court in Igbosere.

In his conclusions that have been reported by several newspapers and media houses in Nigeria, Professor Nwankwo confirmed the ill-fated guesthouse was compliant with international standards, ruling out complicit as the cause behind the collapse.

While being led-in-evidence by the defence counsel, Olalekan Ojo (SAN), Nwankwo told the court that he visited the site, took measurements and carried out thorough investigations before concluding that that the collapse “had nothing to do with structural defects”.

Professor Nwankwo said a building with structural defects would fall partially or sink on one side, adding that warning signals such as cracks would be observed by occupants.

“It is not possible for it to collapse like a park of cards as seen in the case of Synagogue”, he insisted, referring to the manner in which the building imploded in a matter of seconds, as captured by the church’s CCTV.

Explaining his modus operandi, Professor Nwankwo said he carried out structural analysis using Orion Design Software modelling on the beams, columns, foundation, anchorage, expansion joints, rigid zones and mechanism vis-a-vis the internationally accepted Codes of practice for engineering to arrive at his conclusions.

Nwankwo tendered the report on his findings, accompanied by several volumes of ‘British Standard building codes of practice’ to support his assertions, as exhibits to the court.

Dr Jide Martin, the Director of Public Prosecution, raised no objection against the documents after examining them.

Professor Patrick’s conclusions mirror that of Dr Stephen Asheri Ntoga, a trained civil, structural and material engineer from Tanzania who equally examined the guesthouse within TB Joshua’s church complex and concluded structural or foundational failure could not have been responsible for its tragic collapse.

The Lagos State Government is suing The SCOAN over the collapsed building that led to the death of 116 people, including 85 South Africans.

Expert witness says beam of The Synagogue church collapsed building accurate

A professor in building and analysis, Mr. Patrick Nwankwo and one of the engineers that investigated the collapsed guest house of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) has told a Lagos State High Court sitting in Igbosere that the structural section and beam of the collapsed house building was accurate and sufficiently adequate.

He disclosed this in his evidence before Justice Lateef Lawal-Akapo in an ongoing trial of the engineers Akinbela Fatiregun and Oladele Ogundeji and their companies, Hardrock Construction and Engineering Company and Jandy Trust Ltd., alongside the trustees of the church.

The Lagos State government had slammed 111-count charges of gross negligence and criminal manslaughter of the defendants over the SCOAN collapsed building that killed no fewer than116 persons on September 12, 2014.

Led -in evidence by the Mr. Olalekan Ojo (SAN), Nwankwo narrated to the told court that the beam was not the cause of the collapsed building

The professor who is the eighth defense witness said that his investigation on the collapsed building shows that all the elements measured on the site fulfilled all requirements.

He said: “ I took some measurements of the remains of the collapsed building and the photographs of the foundation. I also took measurements of the element, columns, the foundation size as well as the beam to know whether the layout conforms with what is on the site.

“In the cause of my investigation, I also interviewed two technical staff of SCOAN since they are both architects.
I asked them if they noticed cracks in the building prior to the collapse but they said he did not notice any cracks on the building.

“I further carry out a remodeling on the built to find out the accurate measurement of the load which the building is meant to carry.”

Prof. Nwankwo further told the court that his findings revealed that the elements measured on the site fulfilled all requirements according to the code of practice. He added that he documented his findings in a report, which was before the court.

“My conclusion is that the loading and the beam used on the design of the collapsed building was the exact value used recommended for such building.”

He further submits that his findings on the SCOAN building revealed that the beam was not the cause of the collapsed building and the structural sector was adequate with what was built on the site.

The judge subsequently adjourned the further hearing to November 8, 2019.

Join Prophet TB Joshua to Look Forward for Further Anointing

Prophet T.B. Joshua

Apostle Paul wrote (Philippians 3: 13-14), “Brethren I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus”. In SCOAN we are similarly encouraged that “Better is not good enough, the Best is yet to come”. This is our outlook for the months ahead; though the past years had been exceedingly great, the man of God in SCOAN and his team had been doing great exploits for God, but better days are still ahead. This is cheering indeed. Prophet TB Joshua is a man of dynamic faith in Jesus Christ and His Word, teaching people not to be ashamed of the gospel because it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that will believe; That we should have absolute faith in the Word.

In this year 2019 we recall, with great gratitude to Jesus, several spectacular new blessings and exploits God did through His servant, Prophet TB Joshua, his team of prophets, evangelists, glorious choirs, and Emmanuel partners worldwide. For example, the meeting in Nazareth and the opening for the public to climb up and pray at the SCOAN altar, where multiple of infirmities are cured simply by rolling on the altar and fetching living water, are worthy of our mentioning. Those who choose to grow their faith in Christ Jesus through the teaching, testimonies and the freely accessible provisions in the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) may begin to appreciate the living Jesus the more.

Yet we know that, if we believe, there is no limit to what God can do in our lives and nothing is impossible with our God. God opens doors that no man can shut and also He closes doors that no man can open. The possibilities are endless with faith in God that is according to His will. We look forward to what God has planned for us, and willingly ready to walk by faith in obedience and to follow His leading. We are comforted that His plans are always for our good and not for evil to give us a future and a Hope, (Jeremiah 29:11-13). We also remember that God always has a reason for what He allows in our lives and through it we can trust Him completely, (Proverbs 1:3-5).

In appreciation, on behalf of the growing SCOAN family, we thank our prophet TB Joshua for allowing himself to be so used for humanity in a pure and holy Christian way. The variety and volume of miraculous healing, deliverance, prophecy, and teaching witnessed in 2019 are simply enormous. Hence we join ourselves together in our common faith in Christ Jesus to pray for more anointing and God’s abiding presence on prophet TB Joshua, Emmanuel TV partners, and on the entire Ministry of SCOAN. We are assured by the Holy Spirit that the best is yet to come. Being confident of this very thing, that He whom hat begun a good work in prophet TB Joshua and each one of us, will perform it until the coming of Jesus Christ.

The SCOAN not Merely a Growing Tourist Destination

tb joshua, scoan

The SCOAN

It is true that in recent years Prophet TB Joshua, the founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nations, (SCOAN), Lagos Nigeria has attracted to his ministry Christian pilgrimage and tourist from around the world. The prophet has been unintentionally working on this, a global image he now has, within the last three decades. Nevertheless, he has been working with the less to do, the high and the low in the society, running international crusades, conducting weekly prophecy, healing, deliverance, etc. Hence under 30 years of his ministry, TB Joshua has become a major world-class Prophet of all time.

The main question and our concern are knowing which ministry best represents “Jesus Christ’s Expectation of Faith”. We all need to know what Jesus expects to find at His return. The apostles Jesus trained, left to continue His works after His ascension became our reference point, especially after they were baptized by the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ represented and performed three functions in His earthly ministry. He was the Prophet (Deuteronomy 18:14-22), the Priest (Psalm 110:1-4), and the King (Psalm 2). He raised disciples who would become “Fishers of men”, people who could draw others to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. It is not just the weekly crowds and the economic benefits to the local environment that are most paramount.

Our proper personal response in our relationship with Christ Jesus is what Paul calls “the obedience of faith” (Romans 1:5, 16:26), or which SCOAN always encourages to new converts as “making the Word a standard for life”. The Life and Teachings of Jesus Christ, the oral tradition of the early apostles, and the written Word, now become our essence. The community is interested in the crowds but within the teaching of SCOAN is the full Gospel of Jesus Christ in His ramifications.

The result of the work of Prophet TB Joshua and SCOAN, aired by Emmanuel TV, will become more visible when the disciples raised by this prophet move out to every corner of the globe preaching Christ and living in His obedience and holiness. In the world today we have academic preaching, Schools of Divinity where deep knowledge of Jesus Christ’s history and work are learned and taught. But (Acts 4:13) now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus. Being with Jesus in His teaching, living, preaching, and love is what we seem to be seeing in SCOAN. Hence those coming to see prophet TB Joshua of SCOAN are encouraged to come expecting to meet Jesus Who will use His prophets to meet their needs. Of course, SCOAN is a growing Christian tourist destination and shall remain so many years ahead.
